Of Doors and Doorknobs
Pick one.
Which one matters
less than you think.
Choose.
and walk in.
No,
Step in with confidence,
with passion,
as if there were no other doorways
save this one.
For in the end the choice matters less
than the energy you give it,
the magic you bring:
yourself.
About this poem.
Often the choices we make are not between a good and a bad choice. It’s between two good choices, each with possibilities. So why fret?
And yet too often, we do.
