Poem: Last Dance

4

Last Dance

The music is soft, sensual, faint,
the last song of the evening,
and you move, each with the other,
more from memory than passion,
one of you holding a wilted rose,
the other a knife.

About this poem.

The ying and yang of life. Ups. Down. Good times. Bad. Love. hate. Joy. Depression. All a dance.
