Peace, with Voices

This is where you find your peace, 
deep in the forest,
where there is nothing but you, 
God, 
and the voices in your head
singing “Amazing Grace”
but always a little out of tune.. 

About this poem

I was going for dark humor, mixed with a dash of truth. I have no idea if I pulled it off. 

But it was fun to write.
