Poem: Pilgrim’s Landscape

IMG_9904

Pilgrim’s Landscape

The dunes undulate.
The sea grass waves in the wind.

Another season has come and gone,
and with it, the landscape has changed once again.

The horizon remains the same,
but the path between here and there has shifted.

You sigh, the weary pilgrim, and begin to walk
again.

About this poem

Nothing remains the same. Not even me.

Tom
