Poem: Where Ever You Are

Where Ever You Are

The house is strangely quiet without you.
I find myself seeing you in the details,
and wishing you home.

Your return is nigh. This I know.
And yet every moment you are gone,
my energy drains, reaching

for where ever you are.

About this poem

A love poem. The woman I love has been gone a few days. She returns tonight.
