Better Than the Origional.
The setting on the camera was left in the wrong spot
and the sky was made yellow. The other colors
like a post card from the 1950’s. You could fix it
but the truth is you like the distortion
better than the origonal.
About this poem
I have a tendency to romantise life. It’s a fault perhaps, but I like it.
Sometimes my mistakes lead to results better than had I not goofed. Some of my best memories come from being lost.
I have a weakness for post cards from the 1950’s, garish color and all.
The picture was taken at the Shelburn Museum in Shelburne, VT,
