Poem: Truth and Lies

Truth and Lies

You are tired, living
a life unlistened to,
fragment filled,
in plain view yet unseen

except for bits
and pieces,
a torn collage,
each portion

neatly filed away,
twelve truths,
true only when
they are together,

but as fragments,
they are lies.
