A Strange Kind of Strength
It’s a strange kind of strength,
one that bends, that lacks hardness,
feels too much, and some days
desperately wants to break,
but withstands the storms
to live another day
regardless of whether they want to
or not.
About this poem.
I have said it before. People who suffer from depression and anxiety are my heros. Survivors when their minds are lying to them, they persevere, again and again. So if you are one, you are revered, honored and appreciated.
One of those days.
