Poem: The Faintest Light

CANDLE 2

The Faintest Light

You could not know your flame,
so weak and flickering in the cruel February wind
could survive, nay, more than survive,
but become a bonfire in the night,
a beacon and promise of safe passage
to lonely strangers
like me.

About this poem.

True in love. True in faith.
