Small Ships. Big Sea.
Small ships.
A big sea.
The possibility of journey is measured
not by the craft,
but the courage.
About this poem.
The invasion of the capital this week was a temporary triumph built on anger and hate. But what will change things for the better is not more anger. I still believe the change we need is built on love, kindness, and respect. Not as a passive belief, but as actions just as passionate as those climbing the capital walls. And it begins with a new kind of courage. The courage to love.
The picture was taken so long ago, I don’t even remember where I took it.

I like the sentiment.
