Poem: Resonance

Resonance

In a world full of voices,
you choose silence,
The emptying out
that gives your own voice
resonance.

About this poem

I am an introvert. Solitude strengthens me.

The picture was taken in nearby Hartford, NY.

  1. Well spoken, Pastor Tom. I often find my solitude in my wood shop, where the “silence” of the machines and the aroma and beauty of a hardwood brings life into perspective. Thanks for a calming photo and a reminder of the importance of quiet moments in our simple life story.
