Poem: Simple Needs

Simple Needs

Space. Light. A few chairs. A fireplace.
My needs are simple.

About this poem

This started out quite a long poem, and then, just like in life, I whittled away the things not needed.

The picture is of the Thomas Nelson House in Yorktown, Va.
