Poem: Matthew 14

Matthew 14

The sun bleaches through the window
as you study scriptures and sins,
finding the most complex things are
remarkably simple

About this poem

Matthew 14 contains the story of the feeding of the 5,000, the subject of this week’s sermon at Rupert Methodist.  It’s a remarkable challenge, with a remarkably simple solution.

  1. The Methodist church I preach for only meets once a month, that last week of the month, at 6. But we have let the local community church, a Baptist church, meet there each Sunday morning, at 10:30. It’s A good place and they meet every week.
